Any cut of Prime Dorper Lamb meat - a whole neck is good.
Place all ingredients in a slow cooker or pressure cooker and cook until meat falls off the bone.
Let it cool, remove excess fat that settles on the top, and remove the bones and sinews.
Treat the meat as you would mince using the flavour desired (try using Vegeta) and thicken with gravy powder.
Serve with rice or mashed potato and vegetables.
Using the above method, add Gelatin to the meat and let it set in a square mould leaving in the fridge overnight.
This is good for a light lunch on sandwiches when cut in slices.
